About Our Founder

For three decades, Elisa Pak has represented some of the world's leading luxury hotel brands, including Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts and Auberge Resorts Collection, where commitment to excellence and art of hospitality were ingrained in her. Most recently she served on the leadership team at a Virtuoso travel management company laying out the strategic vision of the organization. As Vice President of Marketing and Partnerships, she had the honor of building trusted relationships and cultivating global partnerships with luxury hotels and travel brands. After traveling the world gaining valuable experience she founded Joy Travel Co. with a vision to create a company that builds joy and fosters positivity.
Elisa earned her Master's degree at New York University and is a Certified Travel Industry Executive. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and volunteering at Saddleback Church.
