About Our Founder
Elisa Pak has represented some of the world's leading luxury hotel brands, including Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts and Auberge Resorts Collection that instilled a deep commitment to excellence and the art of hospitality. Most recently Elisa served on the leadership team at a Virtuoso travel management company with a focus on expanding its global presence through strategic partnerships and marketing initiatives. In her role as Vice President, she had the honor of building trusted relationships with renowned hotels and travel brands. After traveling the world and gaining valuable experience, she founded Joy Travel Co. with a vision to create a company that builds joy in others.
Elisa earned her Master's degree at New York University and is a Certified Travel Industry Executive. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and volunteering in her community.

After you have signed the agreement and paid the planning fee, we will schedule a comprehensive discovery call. This is where you tell us everything you'd love to have happen! We'll discuss your travel history, preferences and your vision for this trip.

Personalized Itinerary
We'll develop a customized, highly-detailed itinerary for every stage of your trip. Every detail will be thought through, with some of our signature perks sprinkled in along the way.

Seamless Booking and Logistics
We will handle all your travel reservations and provide you with a final itinerary. We will contact the hotels prior to your arrival to ensure every detail is taken care of and request special treatment.

What is the planning fee for?The planning fee is for access to a professional travel consultant, for the expertise and time that will be dedicated to researching, organizing and designing a curated itinerary for your journey.
Is there a minimum required travel budget to work with Joy Travel Co.?While we don't have a minimum spend, our network of preferred partnerships are with four and five-star hotels, resorts, villas and luxury yachts.
Can you help me book flights and hotels using my points?We can apply your loyalty or membership number to earn additional points, however, we do not make flight or hotel reservations using points.
Why should I pay to work with a travel consultant when I can do it on my own?We provide insider knowledge, high-level of expertise and professionalism to every trip planning. We aim to save you time and provide you with added value such as special status and extra perks when you stay at one of our global network of partner hotels and resorts. We are not for everyone. Our service is for clients seeking an elevated travel experience and high-touch service.
